1. Participation and Registration:

All participants must be registered for the session they wish to attend. Drop in's may be welcomed but is up to the discretion of the host and availability.

2. Age Requirements:

Ned Music Backyard Sessions are designed for children under 4 years old. Parents or guardians must accompany their children at all times.

3. Health and Safety:

The safety and well-being of all participants are our top priorities. Please ensure that children are supervised by an adult at all times during the sessions. If your child is feeling unwell or has been exposed to a contagious illness, please refrain from attending the session.

4. Weather Policy:

Ned Music Backyard Sessions are an outdoor activity and subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, and moving inside is NOT an option, sessions may be rescheduled or canceled. Notifications will be sent via email. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to weather; however, participants will be offered a make-up class or a credit for a future session.

5. Photography and Media:

Photographs and videos may be taken during the sessions. If you do not wish to have your or your child’s image used, please email me prior to the session.

6. Liability:

By participating in Ned Music Backyard Sessions, you acknowledge and accept that outdoor activities carry inherent risks. The organizer is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the sessions. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children while attending the sessions.
